The balm's scent is nice, complementing perfumes with a similar scent profile. However, I wish the different notes were more pronounced in the body balm. All I smell is warm vanilla.
I was soooo waiting for this to get here. The smell is amazing and the balm disappears into the skin. Just wish they would have sent samples.
I have not smelled the inspiration for this, but as a body butter- it’s wonderful. These melt down in your hands to a nice oil consistency, very hydrating. They are not super quickly absorbing, they need a few minutes. The scent is pleasant, buttered popcorn and vanilla, a bit of sweet apple. Not a ton of projection, but enough that people will compliment if you applied recently. The price for the product is definitely correct! I’ve tried more expensive body butters that were very disappointing, this one most definitely is not!
